Voucher Status

I purchased a voucher on 15 December 2012 and received it on 16 December 2012, the voucher is for a cruise. I have not as yet booked, I have not even printed the voucher yet. However when I logon to your App, it reflects under used vouchers. Please advise...

I sent the above to your earlier. Your response however made me feel quite violated. The reason why this website uses aliases is to ensure anonymity to the public. Your company however has no respect for this, as you refer to me by my name and not just by my alias AND you provide my person email address for all to see. If you needed me to provide you with my registered email address on Groupon, the decent and logical thing to do would be to call me on the cell number provided to you. Please respect my privacy and DO NOT reply with any of my personal details again!

Also a voucher purchased for a buffet breakfast which was used on 22 December 2012, still reflects under my available vouchers.

Now resolve my issue!
