My Refund is not being PROCESSED

I bought 2 Groupon Vouchers.
1 was for a foot spa - - Foot Treatment, Pedicure and Gel Overlays for R177.00 at a Salon in Parkhurst.
The second Voucher was for a message, Facial and Manicure for 2 people at another salon in Parkhurst for R399.00.
I booked the foot spa - Then closer to the time of my appointment the Salon called me to tell me they relocated close to Carnival City, I could get a refund from GROUPON should I feel their new location is too far. Which I requested.
The other voucher, when I called to make my appointment with the supplier, I was told they closed down 2 months ago. I called Groupon on 18Mar and they processed both my refunds.
I was told I will have my money 3-5 working days later.
I AM STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS LATER!!!
Do not buy on GROUPON they just take your money and you get NO service!!!
