I have ordered and paid for my product on the 08/02/2013.
2 months later and still no delivery!
Upon inquiring i was informed that the delivery details will be confirmed shortly.. after no response for a few weeks i contacted Groupon again and was told that there is a system backlog.
Today i have received an e mail stating that my request for a refund has been received..
I have NOT requested a refund!!
I simply want the product that I have paid for!!
I am disappointed at the pathetic level of service that Groupon offers.
I will never be purchasing from Groupon again!
