No refund, cant redeem vouchers and no delivery

My last complaint about my issue Groupon responded saying I must see email. Two weeks later i am still waiting for that email. Over R2000 paid and I cant redeem my vouvher from photolyze (i tried 4 times already!), no delivery and no refund of my money. Still being defrauded by Groupon. It has been 6 weeks waiting for purchased goods and lots of hassles from Groupon. I know I will get empty promises. I just hope the Consumer Protector does something about this as I have lodged a formal complaint. The number of complaints on Hellopeter is proof enough that Groupon are
