To whom it may concern...

this is my second report and complaint about Groupon! After multiplt calls to Groupon and a letter to Hello Peter, Groupon promised to pay me back all of my purchases as i requested it due to their and empty promises of a refund to me as a previously loyal customer!

Groupon has continuously to me in promising to refund me an amount of OVER R2000.00

Every time i call their customer care i get more or i get told they are off line!

I am asking Hello Peter to assist me in this matter as i am tired of being bullied and to by Groupon
