Bought a voucher for Manicure and pedicure from Groupon in middle of the February: The merchant: Queen Mac

Phoned the merchant: landline doesn't exist, cellphone: no one answers.
Requested refund. Waiting for refund since 1st of March 2013.
Only answers from support and no money received!
