Group On- Late and Incomplete Product Delivery

I purchased a Tom Tom XL (Refurb edition) from Group On in January, and after receiving it after the specified delivery time period the box was also damaged and he product delivery was incomplete.

I sent them numerous emails regarding the late delivery and trying to track my product. I was met with the same lame response each time "4 weeks from redemption" which had already passed, I tried phoning their customer service line and was disgusted with the lack of service.

After finally receiving my product the box was damaged and did not contain all the parts that come with the GPS and was also specified in the deal.
I have sent them several emails pertaining to this problem and have not received one non automated response.

Truly disgusted with Group Ons lack of customer service and response to my queries and unhelpfulness regarding two problems when purchasing one product. This is the first and LAST time I will ever make use of their service. I find this very sad because they offer good deals but dealing with any problems with them is just too frustrating.
