I purchased a wrap dress over the internet through Groupon on 11 January 2013, delivery lead time was up to 4 weeks, which would have made delivery approximately 8 February. Delivery did not take place and then i was advised to expect delivery in 3 - 4 weeks from the date of redemption - 17.01.2013, redemption takes place between 5 - 7 working days from the date of purchase. this would then bring the delivery date to 14 February. After numerous requests and reminders for feedback the product was eventually delivered on 25 March, 5 1/2 weeks late. Only to discover that the dress has a hole in it!!! Groupon has now advised that they will arrange for pick up and a replacement. I wonder how long this will take?
