I ordered and paid for an item on 10 January from Groupon and received an e-mail stating that I would receive it within 3-4 weeks. On 14 February (5 weeks later) I contacted customer services to enquire about delivery and was told I need to wait 3-4 weeks from date of purchase. Between then and 20 March I sent 7 more emails, of which only 2 received (similar) responses - to wait for feedback. On 20 March I responded yet again and informed them that they had until end of business to give me feedback before I lodge a complaint with Hello Peter. I have still not been given any feedback (almost a week later) and have not received my item. All I've been offered are empty promises and useless platitudes while I am out of pocket and the item I purchased. When Groupon deducted payment, they made a promise to provide a service, a promise they have reneged on. I can't decide which is worse between the service delivery and the customer service.
