After logging FOUR complaints. I have still not received feedback. My R100 voucher was not found in my account. I would like feedback on this issue. The ffg email was sent to me from Groupon SA:

The deal as advertised ran for the given time . once the deal closes it wont allow you to purchase, i do believe that you spoke to a Manager and i do apologize for the lack of service received
