Groupon, Lily Bloom and Decoclocks my money

I bought 2 Groupons in 2012 for whisky glasses from Decoclocks and a handbag from Lily Bloom. It has been 3.5 months and I haven't received them. These businesses have from me.

On 14 Dec I called Decoclocks and received a confirmation email from them. I didn't receive my order and attempted to phone several times with no answer. I emailed them 10 Jan, but received no response.

According to Groupon, delivery details would be sent to Lily Bloom directly and I would receive the handbag within 4 weeks. After 6 weeks I hadn't received my order. I emailed Groupon with all details (together with Whisky Glasses email) on 23 Jan. Since then I have emailed several times, but no reply.

These companies have taken my money and not given anything in return. Despite this terrible service I still want the products I purchased. Failing that, a refund is necessary. If they had no stock, they should've informed me of this and given me a refund or indicated to me that there may be a delay in delivery. As this was not done, it is implicit they accept the terms of the purchase agreement & will deliver the products. A company can't take your money for nothing in return-this amounts to.
