I have ordered a gift in December 2012 and contacted them to arrange for the delivery. They informed me that it will be delivered before the end of 2012 at the agreed destination. I have tried to contact them but always ended up holding on for more than 20 minutes. I have send twice emails to the supplied email address on their system but does not receive any feedback or even response. I need to know what is happening with the gift or will I be refunded.
