Damaged goods NO RESPONE I want REFUND!!!

I purchased a walnut mirrored jewellery cabinet on the 29 January 2013. I recieved the product on the 26 February after pesting groupon about when product will be delivered! when i recieved the product, i was not called before hand as stipulated on the delivery noted sent from Lee -ann mathews from wheco. The product was left with security guards who did not check the package. I emailed Lee-anne, tregarding my diassappointed with the product, she said i should contact groupon refunds, which i did but that to date no-opne seems to reply or respond to my emails... I paid alot of money expecting a good quality product but the product is not up to standard!!! I it has ahuge mark on one of the legs and the screws on the cabinet is looks very untidy! I want my money back!!! i will take further action if i do not get a respond regarding my refund!!!

I had no problem with groupon prior to this however now i am very upset and angry... i just want my money back please!!!
