NON DELIVERY OF GOODS PURCHASED

I purchased a Tom Tom from groupon on 4th February 2013. The Advert advises following:
How to redeem

Buy your Groupon
Enter the correct address during checkout
Provide daytime delivery address; PO Box address is not sufficient
No need for further action or redemption after checkout
Allow up to four weeks for delivery

5 weeks have since gone by and I have not taken delivery of the goods.

I sent a mail to groupon and this was their response:

Please be advised if you have successfully paid for your deal it will be automatically be redeemed by the supplier. As per our fine print please allow 4 weeks for delivery from date of redemption. (5-7 days after purchase for supplier to make stock available)

This response differs from the advert.

I then placed a call to them and was told that they being Groupon only redeemed it on the 14th February from the supplier. Another from Groupon as 14th February is not 5 - 7 days from date of payment as per their written response to me.

I am thus disappointed in Groupon for misleading the public in their adverts and their support and will no longer purchase from them in future
