4 weeks later no vouche

I bought a deal on groupon using EFT to pay. According to them you don't need to send proof of payment unless there is a problem. When two weeks later I still had not received my voucher, I sent through the proof of payment to enquire about my voucher. It is now 4 weeks later and I still haven't received my vouche
