Groupon SA has the worst service I have ever experienced.
I couldn't use the last 4 Groupon vouchers I bought because all four places closed down.
When I asked Groupon SA for a refund they kept saying they will not refund me but will only put credit back on my groupon account to be used on other Groupon voucher.
I do not want to buy any more Groupon vouchers as I had 4 bad experiences in a row. I told this to Groupon Customer service numerous times. I made numerous phone calls and sent more than 10 emails without success.
Eventually they agreed to refund me to my credit card but 3 weeks later the amount has still not been paid.
Every time you phone customer service you have to wait about 10 minutes to speak to a consultant and explain the whole scenario over again.
I will never buy from Groupon again and strongly suggest that anyone reading this complaint refrain from using them as well.
