I have placed a groupon order at the end of last year. Groupon issued a voucher for me but up to today I have still not received the product. Their first response was to tell me to wait for 4 weeks after the groupon redemption date 7 January 2012. I have followed it up for a third time now, but they just do not deliver the product. This is unacceptable and blatant from the SA public.
I have the entire email trails as well as my groupon voucher to validate my claims. So l am eagerly awaiting a response from them...
