WHY DOES IT TAKE YOU SO LONG TO PROCESS A REFUND, we have phoned 3 times to get a refund on money owing to us. ARE YOU EARNING INTEREST ON THE MONEY WE SENT YOU, IF SO, I WANT THE INTEREST AS WELL AS I AM LOSING OUT ON MY OWN INTEREST. THIS IS DISGUSTING, NO WAYS WILL I EVER BUY FROM GROUPON. WE HAVE GIVEN YOU MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME. MORE THAN ENOUGH OF OUR TIME, I WANT MY REFUND, I WANT IT NOW. Every time i speak to someone, it will be processed, when??? This is absolutely pathetic. you have had our money since purchase date last year November, credit in January, we are now in March.??? I recommend no one to ever buy from Groupon.
