Will never purchase goods from Groupon again. Takes more than four weeks (*their supposed max delivery time) to deliver goods. The delay in delivery has cost me more in dry cleaning/inconvenience than what it would've cost in the shop (purchased iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster). No feedback as promised. Closes tickets without having a resolution/being informed of one.

How is this ticket resolved if I don't have my goods and you haven't told me where it is? Groupon seems to be continually getting worse with their customer service! I doubt I will EVER purchase goods from Groupon again.
