No Delivery!!! Waiting for 2 months already

I bought a verso e-reader on the 6th of January with promise of delivery within 4 weeks.
After several emails and phone calls, I am still awaiting feedback and delivery of the product.
Excuse was that the supplier has no stock, but a week later the same product is for sale on groupon again!
Was then promised delivery within 5 days, this was 2.5 weeks ago!
After more calls and emails, I was told they will come back to me... still waiting...
