Good day
I have paid and ordered a Mellerware Modena three in one coffee machine and Aqua Optima water filter Jug on 20 December 2012. Afterwards, I received a confirmation that payment was received and the goods will be delivered within 4 weeks. Since then, I have been following up on numerous occasions and delivery was not made yet. I do not receive proper feedback, only an automated e-mail to say that they are looking into my request. No-one has bothered to phone me back.
Please help.
