AN EMAIL TO WASEEMA PETERS OF GROUPON

THIS REFUND HAS BEING GOING ON SINCE THE 4TH FEB 2013 HAVEN'T YOU MADE ENOUGH INTEREST OUT OF ALL THE AMOUNT REFUNDS TO BE REFUNDED. YOU HAVE HAD MY MONEY SINCE THE 4TH JAN 2013. I DO NOT GET ANY REPLIES TO MY EMAILS AND THEIR 3-5 WORKING DAYS ARE LONG GONE NOW AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

What has happened to my refund of, which was supposed to be in my bank account within 3-5 working days. Your email is dated 15th Feb 2013 and it is now the 25th Feb 2013 and still NOT IN MY ACCOUNT I hope you are not multiplying 3 by 5 = 15 days. This refund should have been paid into my 20 days. I want to see this payment in my account today 25th Feb 2013.

I FEEL THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
