I ordered a pair of earphones in December, a Christmas present.
In mid Jan I made a friendly enquiry as to when delivery would take place. I was told they could not be sure but a few more days or so...I changed the address of delivery as I was about to move homes. I was told this would extend delivery by another 2 weeks. Fine.
3 weeks later I enquired again. This time I was told that they were having problems with suppliers so I needed to continue to wait, and that they could not provide a date for delivery. They suggested I take a refund. So I did. I have since called 3 times each time being promised a refund. My most recent call was what made me post this:
I was informed that these things take time and that I needed to just wait. That the refund would eventually happen but that she could not tell me when...so let me get this straight - you cant deliver my items on time and you also cannot deliver a refund on time insisting I need to be patient despite your incompetence. It has been almost 3 weeks waiting for a refund. When will this happen?
I am exasperated. Groupon is an online coupon company that CANNOT DELIVER A PRODUCT OR A REFUND. So what do they actually do?
