Placed an order in December for a item and to date not delivered and it's way past the 4 week delivery period infact it's 9 weeks.i called the call centre and only got rude responses from the agent.
This is very poor service and I will not be buying anything from groupon in the future and will make it my duty to dis credit groupon service because of this experience I've had. I have 2 simple solutions deliver my item that's Paid for or give back my money. Not interested in suppliers and apology stories.
