Non delivery, out of stock, no refund

I ordered a product through Groupon SA in November. Never received the product, got in contact with Groupon and was told delivery will take place shortly. Again, never received anything and contacted them again. Now the product was out of stock, which is not my problem. I ordered a product and that is what I want. But now I will receive a refund. And surprise, surprise, no refund! Firstly I didn't receive my product because of their incompetence and now I cannot even get my money back! Beyond useless! Last time I buy something from Groupon SA.
