Groupon Fails Again

I purchased a groupon voucher (Voucher code: 0010245VCL, Security Code: 8E9F7182DF, Valid from 23.01.2013 to 21.02.2013, REF: 16555079)
and the voucher states delivery within 4 weeks. I have still not received the item that i already paid for. I have also sent an email to groupon on the 11-02-2013 requesting a follow up and received an email from Kershia stating that she will get back to me regarding non delivery. I have not heard anything since. Did i just throw away R249. Groupon service is appauling. I want my Refund.
