I purchased the product on the 16th of November 2012 with the understanding that product will be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks. I have communicated with Groupon and the supplier via email between 10 to 15 times and I still do not have the product that was ordered.
I am getting NO response from Groupon. At least the supplier has been trying to assist, but to NO avail. Three months have now past and I still have had NO success in receiving the product. Out of desperation I have even tried to cancel the deal, also to no avail. The supplier assures me that Groupon is sitting with the product.
With the amount in contention, I could have earned a lot of interest, as the value of the product is R999.00, yet have STILL nothing to show for it.
