Air-O-Space 5-in1 sofa still not DELIVERED
We've placed and paid for this order on the 23rd of November 2012, we wanted delivery before we go on holiday so we could make use of the product, almost 3 months later after several of phone calls and numerous emails to Groupon, we still do not have the product.

This is the email we've received from them :

Greetings from the Groupon Mothership,
Thank you for your email and continued support.
Please be advised if you have successfully paid for your deal it will be automatically be redeemed by the supplier. As per our fine print please allow 4 weeks for delivery from date of redemption. (5-7 days after purchase for supplier to make stock available)
Please also remember only goods purchased on the Christmas page will be delivered on or before the 20th December 2012.
You can track you product in the 3rd to 4th week using your security code which would be found on your Groupon voucher. If you have not received this via email please check you Groupon account under 'My Orders'. Checked yesterday again on [URL Removed], and found nothing in transit.
