BAD SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS NOT WORKING

Bought a PVP 8bit console game from Groupon on the 2nd of December 2012 and paid the same day. Send proof of payment and it said delivery can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. Just before christmas I have sent several e-mails that was'nt even answered or acknowledged. When trying to phone Groupon I was holding on for longer than an hour. I phoned them to find out if it will be delivered in time for christmas and also to change the address of delivery as our offices were closing on the 21st of December. I was informed that the parcel will be in time and that someone will phone me. Up until today I am waiting for someone to phone me. Eventually the parcel was delivered to my office on 7 January 2013. All excited about receiving the game console for my 6 year old daughter we loaded it that evening when I got home. First of all there were no instructions in the box as the box was not even sealed. After playing for about 20 minutes the game exploded. I am so disgusted with Groupon's service and then also receiving a product that is not up to standard. The next day I informed Groupon by e-mail about this. I am still waiting for them to acknowledge receipt and to arrange an exchange.
