I tried to buy a groupon on the website. The website didn't allow me, saying that my banking details are incorrect. I tried two other cards and i got the same negative response.
I then sent an email complaining about what had happened and i got a letter an automated response from groupon mothership. To this day groupon has not responded and the deal has also closed. I am disappointed with this type of service from groupon. I thought only governmental departments are incompetent, but groupon has also proved to be the same.
