Refund of 10% that was overcharged/ Bad service

I was suppose to get back my 10% refund they swipe my to return, they told me about 48 hrs it passes to five days i approached them . they want statement from the bank which is understandable but they still remember my situation and that they need to refund me. unfortunately i lost the receipt of refund. So they dont respond to me when i send them emails to advise me.
