We had paid and scheduled for a distribution of 10000 pamphlets for the Pmb area for early December 2013. We paid and handed over the pamphlets. The distribution never happened due to a reason of staff problems. We then booked for the delivery to take place in Jan 2014. On the day it was due to happen we did not receive a pamphlet at our house and phoned to confirm if the distribution had taken place. We were told that it had not but that the distribution would happen the next Monday. That Monday we again did not received a pamphlet at our home address. On enquiry we were told that the distribution had taken place. We phoned a number of friends in different areas and they all confirmed that nothing had been received. We contacted Natal Pamphlet Distributors and asked for proof of how the delivery had taken place. We were sent a vehicle tracking printout and told that this was proof that it had happened. On inspection all this showed was that the distribution had not taken place as requested. Eventually the owner conceded that the distribution had not happened as requested and we are still waiting for compensation for the distribution costs as well as the pamphlet costs.
