Refund of a coupon after supplier changed dates

I made a booking onling for a boat cruise in Cape Town. The advertised date was ending in May. I subsequently received an email saying I must redeem before end February. I queried this matter and it was resolved within a space of 48 hours. Thanks for the awesome service!
