Poor service. Money back

I saw a deal on Groupon SA for carpet cleaning, the company [URL Removed] First I phoned the company to find out if they will be able to assist me on a certain date before I buy the deal. So everything was confirmed and I bought the deal. I had to move house, so the owner of [URL Removed] Kenneth, still told me that movers get first priority. So I made a booking for the 30th, which he confirmed. Long story short, the supplier never pitched up and I received an email saying that he can't make it, because he overbooked. I then phoned Groupon SA, spoke to Cara and I explained to her what happened. She then said that they will investigate this whole issue, but so far I got no joy from Groupon SA. I had to get another company in to clean the carpets and they charged much more. I'm very sceptic about deals on Groupon SA
