6 weeks, no delivery of my product

I ordered 2 Silver sterling heart pendant, set with Swarovski crystals on teh 21st December 2012.
I was promised delivery within 4 weeks.By end of 4 weeks, no delivery. I phoned Groupon, and they said it will be delivered in the next week. A week later, no delivery. I emailed them saying no delivery of my product, they apologised again and said it woul be delivered by the next Wednesday (today) 06 February 2013. However, there is still delivery!!!
