Please can I have my money back!

Good Day Leroy

I have tried emailing you and calling numerous times and I still do not have my money refunded to me.

First there was a whole fight about how you could not undo a cancellation that I had to remind you to do then when you cancel the other set, you cant refund my cash. It has been almost a month now.

As said in my email this is now RIDICULOUS.
