I made a purchase at groupon for 295 on the 08 November 2013 Canvas prints I realised the printing shop was in KZN & I am in JHB so i called requesting a cancellation to get a refund that was on the same day of purchase 08 nov, a consultant logged a call & I was adviced that I will get my refund 3-5 working days I got an email confirming that it will be processed, to date I havent recieved the refund, I called several times, I was told to check with my bank FNB they confirmed no refund, I sent statements more than 3 times my due FNB charges for statements, I still havent recieved it, I have been getting emails from serveral emplyees in Groupon including Mala Kirthika R, Sam Cornelius who investigated the matter but no solution, today i get an email from Mala Kirthika R saying the refund is in my account of 295 on the 08 November, my statement clearly says purchase not credit, groupon i want my money
