I ordered a product from Groupon on 3 Dec 2013 and it is now 2 months later and I have still not received my product! I have had email communication with their customer care who just keeps giving me empty promises. I am now officially frustrated, as this is not my 1st episode with a product purchased off Groupon!
I purchased a photoshoot 4 months ago, I managed to contact the guy to make an appointment, and went through for the photoshoot, he said it would take 2 weeks for the photos to be ready. It is now 4 months later, and everytime I try to call his number, his phone is off.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
I thought Groupon was a reputable business. I will definately be warning people against such purchases!
