I bought 2 vouchers for Fanie's place with Groupon in October and payed fully for my voucher and they rejected my payment and promised to refund me since November 2013.last week I called them and still promise to refund before the end of the week am still waiting. You will stay on the line for more than 45min to get hold of them, some will just choose not to listen to your query bad service indeed.
