Always late deliveries

To Whom it may concern,
I ordered something from Groupon. It said that delivery takes 4 weeks.
I sent them a mail asking them when i could expect delivery and i was told to read the fine print that it will only be delivered after 4 weeks.
I ordered the item on the 11/12/2012 and to date it is almost 9 weeks since then.
Surely i should have received it by now.
