Good day,
I bought Blackberry 9790 via Groupon SA that was on promotion & on the 23rd January 2014 they delivered Blackberry 8700. I contacted them immediately and Saravana S has been the one responding. all the response that i have been getting until today is as follows: "Sorry for inconvenience you have experienced. I have escalated this issue to the appropriate department for a replacement, I appreciate your patience as we are awaiting information once I have the update, I will contact you with more information. I look forward in making this right, we hope to have this resolved for you soon."
It's 11 days now but still there is no solution, this is really frustrating. I really hope i can find a proper solution soon.
