INCOMPETENT GROUPON

I purchased a deal from groupon on the 27th Dec 2013 ; Made a payment on the 31st Dec 2013 ; when I checked my groupon account I saw that the deal I had purchased and already paid for reflected as "not paid" I then called groupon enquiring why and they then said my ref nr was incorrect ; but they can see the payment. The consultant then said he would credit my groupon account so that i can do the purchase again ; this is where all the trouble started! He then credited my account with a totally different deal. I had to call again and ask them to rectify ; I asked them rather to refund me instead of crediting my groupon account which they said they would do.
After several calls and emails - where i have to explain the same story repeatedly they kept saying they have processed the refund, up to date I still did not get a refund
When I spoke to a supervisor (NAOMI) today she rather asked me why the refund was only done on the 28thJan ; to which I responded " I should ask you that"

Not impressed with groupon at ALL!
