We ordered a christmas gift in December from Groupon.
After enquiring why I had no delivery after 4 weeks I received an email saying that the delivery will be send to me on 28/1. I have still not received anything?
Now they tell me they are trying their best to get the product from the supplier!!!
This is really shocking and I am very dissapointed in Groupon
I am not sure if I will buy anything from them again as there are many more group buying sites that gives me much better service.
So the 4 weeks delivery has now become 8 weeks and counting!
