Groupon are a joke. I bought a product almost 4 weeks ago. On the voucher it stated 2 weeks delivery. 2 weeks nothing.. I then emailed them and was notified that it is two weeks from date of deal closing??? It is now 3 weeks and nothing. My emails have since been ignored. I tried phoning them, but the number listed rings once then goes dead. hahaha. Is there anybody out there? I have ordered from other online websites namely [URL Removed] and blueflytrading and got my items within 3 days as committed. Why do they take two weeks AFTER the deal has closed? Ridiculous. I see that on HelloPeter Groupon have 95% complaints vs 5% compliments!! I know they do not reply, but only wish I went onto hellopeter before ordering from them. Let this be a lesson to everyone else. DO NOT USE GROUPN
