I bought a voucher recently which I did not use. I emailed Leroy Eagles who informed me that I could have my money refunded or my account credited with points. I emailed back stating that I wanted my refund of amount R129. He then proceeded to credit my account with these points. I emailed him a few times asking him about this but he will not respond. Wicount has my money and now refuses to respond to my emails and return my money to me! This is!!!
