Refusal to Refund

I bought a mirror cabinet on Groupon and upon delivery the parts were missing and there were paint marks and Cracks on the Product. It was a 3 weeks struggle to get them to fetch the defective substandard product. After fetching they told me they can't give me another cabinet and that they will refund me. Two weeks ago they told me they have refunded me back into my credit card and that I must wait 10 days for the refund to reflect on my side. After 12 days there was still no payment and Saravana tells me they will no LONGER REFUND INTO MY CREDIT CARD and that they will give me credit to buy something else from them which i am not interested in. I just want my money.
