ALMOST 2 MONTHS NO PRODUCT YET!!! NO ASSISTANCE

I order a product for a Christmas gift as GROUPON said two weeks max for delivery long before Christmas ----- I am still waiting and nooo repose I DID request my money bAck but they do IGNORE THAT TOOOO, i get this computer email back the whole time sayin they are sorting it out,
THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND STILL NO PRODUCT --- THIS IS!!!
I DONT WANT ANY MORE COMPUTER EMAILS SAYING THEY SORTING THIS OUT TWO MONTHS really!!!
URGENTLY REFUND THE MONEY OR i will have to take this further.
DONT PHONE ME IF YOU DONT HAVE AN ANSWER ON MY PRODUCT DELIVERY IF ITS NOT IN 48 HOURS REFUND MY MONEY BACK!!! 1
THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL TELL EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY FROM GROUPON AS ITS OUR MONEY.
this is unfair we pay first to trust you and then this happen
THERE IS NO TRACKING SERVICE OR NOBODY TO CALL, from now on i will only use FNB website to purchsase online items because they acturally deliver the product with time line and tracking to see your parcel.
I CANT BELIEVE YOU CAN DO THIS TO PEOPLE.
MY AUNT STILL DID NOT GET HER CHRISTMAS GIFT
