Don't have my voucher but I paid

I bought a 2 vouchers one for R180 which I did get and one worth R480 via online banking and I still haven't received the R480 destiny spa voucher for two people its been two weeks groupon's call center people saying it does show that I have paid it was gonna get my voucher but I haven't and I emailed groupon about the inquiry and sent them my proof of payment with no response, it was my first time using groupon and I'm dissapointed that they took my money I feel robbed
