Hi purchased a pair of miracle socks from Groupon on the 1st Jan 2013.
On the advert, there was no indication of a size and thus I reckon a one-size-fits-all will be delivered.
They delivered a pair of socks L/XL (large to extra-large). Now these socks were intended for someone of a size 6. On the box of the product clearly shows 2 possible sizes and they sent me the one that wouldn't work.
After complaining and requesting a refund (within 7 days of delivery as I got it delivered on the 15th Jan), I get the same standard response that they cannot accept returns on this product for hygiene reasons. Now I can understand this policy but for unworn socks and, on top of that, the fact they delivered me a product that I cannot use (after offering now choice in the size), I believe they can think for themselves and see this isn't the usual case.
I believe this to be false advertising and by no mistake of my own, got the incorrect product delivered to me.
