Good day,
I bought a 5-point back massage cushion for my wife on the 27 November as a Christmas gift.
I was told to expect it to be delivered within 4 weeks.
Christmas came and went with no delivery or communication from groupon.
I have subsequently contacted them to be told that there was a supply issue and I should receive the goods by 11 January. Still no delivery.
I have tried to contact groupon to find out what the issue is but have so far not had any luck.
This is very disappointing as I've bought quite a few things from groupon before and have not had any trouble until now.
